A day in the life.



The Private Equity Analyst performs essential tasks to support Private Equity Consultants in executing financial and risk analysis, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service. In this role, you will ensure that each step of the due diligence process is on schedule and thoroughly completed, aiding in the successful closing of deals for our private equity clients.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 1+ years of experience as an employee benefits due diligence analyst


• Experience in actively engaging in the due diligence process, including reviewing data sites, updating request lists, identifying discrepancies in data and benefits, and preparing exhibits for client deliverables.


• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of request list updates and report exhibits


• Possess a solid foundation in employee benefits, including high-level knowledge of 401(k) plans

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• BS/BA in business, management, insurance, or a related field.


• Prior experience in a due diligence role or demonstrated experience with acquisitive clients and providing M&A consultation in an insurance broking context.


• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,300 to $112,400.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
