Job Description:

Location: Allentown, PA

Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Are you ready to lead and manage operations in a dynamic, smaller-scale environment? Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee and drive success in their facility in Allentown, PA. This position requires a hands-on leader with expertise in budgeting, planning, P&L management, operations, and forecasting.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
  
  


• Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and P&L accountability.
  
  


• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve company goals.
  
  


• Supervise and provide leadership to the machine shop team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  
  


• Collaborate effectively within a unionized workforce (experience in union environments is highly beneficial).
  
  


• Drive improvements in production processes, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
  
  


• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and customer needs.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or Machine Shop Manager.
  
  


• Background in metals, aluminum, CNC, or fabrication industries.
  
  


• Strong skills in budgeting, planning, and P&L management.
  
  


• Knowledge and experience in operations management and forecasting.
  
  


• Familiarity with working in a unionized environment is a plus.
  
  


• No degree required-what matters is your experience and track record of success.
