Position Summary: As an RN in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), your role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in line with state Board of Nursing standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  
  


• Conducting ongoing health evaluations and providing health education and counseling.
  
  


• Delivering supportive and restorative therapy.
  
  


• Executing delegated medical functions and overseeing therapy plans.
  
  


• Documenting procedures per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
  
  


• Floating to other departments as needed (within scope and qualifications).
  
  


• Being available for on-call duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related role.
  
  


•

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school (required).
    
    
  
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  Licenses & Certifications:
  
  
  
  
  
  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
    
    
  
  
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification by AHA.
    
    
  
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a surgical or CVOR environment.
  
  

Additional Details:

• RightSourcing (Magnit) anticipates the hourly pay range for this position to fall between $66 and $89, depending on factors like stipends, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
