This role can be worked fully remotely.

We are seeking a Press Measurement Lead to drive impactful measurement of our Communications efforts on a global scale and inform strategic planning through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead Measurement Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive global measurement strategy to provide insights that enhance strategic planning for leadership.
  
  


• 
  Evaluate Success: Monitor team OKRs and strategy metrics across global and regional efforts, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  
  


• 
  Communicate Impact: Advance measurement tools to clearly show how communication efforts drive outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  
  


• 
  Vendor Partnerships: Oversee relationships with measurement platforms such as Onclusive and Newswhip, ensuring efficient usage and team adoption.
  
  


• 
  Team Enablement: Develop streamlined processes for measurement tasks, conduct regular training sessions, and provide continued support and consultations for the team.
  
  


• 
  Insights Delivery: Compile and present detailed recurring reports (quarterly, annual), track proactive message pull-through, and provide actionable insights for consumer, editorial, corporate, and other communications areas.
  
  


• 
  Innovate Tools: Enhance measurement through data integration (e.g., Onclusive API) to create customized data solutions and insightful dashboards in collaboration with technical teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Relevant Experience: 8-10 years of expertise in communications, with a strong focus on media monitoring and impact measurement.
  
  


• 
  Independent and Flexible: Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously while meeting tight deadlines.
  
  


• 
  Effective Communicator: Translate complex data into actionable insights and share perspectives with leadership effectively.
  
  


• 
  Detail-Oriented Thinker: Strong analytical capabilities to extract actionable conclusions from intricate datasets.
  
  


• 
  Technical Proficiency: Skilled in platforms like Brandwatch, Onclusive, Cision, or Newswhip, including the creation of advanced Boolean searches.
  
  


• 
  System Development: Proven experience in designing systems that improve team collaboration and efficiency.
  
  


• 
  Storytelling Expertise: Proficient in storytelling, presentation-building, and data visualization to create compelling narratives.
  
  


• 
  Data Integration Knowledge: Skills in SQL, Python, or equivalent, with the ability to combine data from varied sources (preferred but not required).
