Seeking a Model Enablement Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Your contributions will be crucial in resolving complex situations that require a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.



Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Partner with peer organizations to define design patterns that support model development, training, and production use in alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the Model Governance team to ensure appropriate model lifecycle compliance and model approval prior to use.
• Work as part of a team of multi-disciplined engineers on Virtualization, Kubernetes, GenAI, Developer Experience, and Infrastructure as Code.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and Python.
• Strong understanding of Python/Machine Learning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Virtualization, Kubernetes, GenAI, Developer Experience, and Infrastructure as Code.
