• Surveys of restaurants interior, exterior and roof.
• Person will be completing facility cleanliness condition audits (interior and exterior). Looking for pooling on roofs, any visible roofs,
• Restaurant surveys, including roof access
• Travel required weekly - self managed schedule in smart sheets
• Tools: Do Forms Survey (phone), digital camera
• Data management: Upload to Smart Sheets and SharePoint
