Direct the seamless execution of all General Merchandise Merchandising at new/remodel store projects. Coordinate efforts of Relay Associates with those of the store team, to maintain the best shopper experience. Attend all owner meetings to verify that all construction/merchandising efforts stay coordinated throughout the project. Coordinate and supervise merchandising and construction coordination in new/remodeled stores. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), assistant manager training, MAGIC training, one year Fred Meyer reset experience, plus 2 years experience in retail management, or combination of relevant education and experience

Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
