The Project Manager - Wide Format provides support to the Wide Format sales team, and manages equipment order related duties. This role uses a project management approach/process to ensure accurate tracking/reporting of equipment orders. The Project Manager also plans, executes, and oversees trade shows, meetings, and other events related to customers, prospects, and industry. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)
Essential Position Functions:
Lead Management & Sales Support: Develop and manage processes for tracking and following up on leads, ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams and customers.
Equipment Order & Delivery Logistics: Oversee logistics related to Wide Format equipment orders, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Marketing & Communications Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the Wide Format team and the marketing department, ensuring alignment on branding, messaging, and promotional efforts.
Trade Show & Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and training sessions, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
Idea Center & Demo Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the Idea Center, including scheduling demonstrations, maintaining equipment, and developing value-added services that enhance customer experience.
Customer Proposals & Sales Processes: Assist in developing tailored customer proposals, ensuring consistency in pricing, value propositions, and overall presentation.
Process Improvement & Adaptability: Take on evolving tasks and initiatives to support the growth of the Wide Format business, continuously optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
Other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related equivalent experience preferred.
3 - 5 years of proven project management and or/service delivery experience required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
Ability to lead projects from kickoff to completion.
Technical proficiency to be able to plan, track and manage orders across the organization.
Client service experience preferred with acute attention to detail.
Problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative.
A collaborative mindset and proven leadership potential to inspire and align teams.
Must have intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
Must be able to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communications skills.
Must be able to read and communicate in English, for safe and effective performance of the job and business operations.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
