Job description

The Role

Korn Ferry is seeking an Operations Team to support our RPO healthcare client. As an individual contributor, the Operations Team Lead will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction and service by reviewing various service delivery metrics and team processes to drive process improvement changes. You will focus on helping your team and leaders deliver business-changing insights and build and maintain progressive and cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions. In addition, you will grow and develop a partnership with Korn Ferry's COE team, including Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Training, D&I, and Brand & Recruitment Marketing, to provide consistent service quality. The position requires analytical and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to drive influence, drive change, and manage an operation to take a recruitment function where it needs to be. Integrity, proactivity, and the ability to build long-lasting and effective relationships are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and Implement Efficiencies: Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering to SLAs and KPIs.


  • Project Management: Utilize data to put project plans together, drive them to completion, and address any barriers.


  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction.


  • Best Practices and Optimization: Hardwire and drive best practices, assist in stabilization, optimization of accounts/key roles, and understand delivery analytics for efficiency.


  • Communication: Provide timely updates to client management, stakeholders, and/or executive sponsors.


  • Client Support: Support and participate with client leaders through quarterly and annual reviews.


  • Advisory Role: Advise clients on best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action.


  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry.


  • Forecasting and Planning: Ensure teams are forecasting accurately and drive the TDP (Talent Demand Planning) process.


  • Metrics Management: Define, communicate, manage, and monitor individual and team metrics when applicable, inspiring the team to attain goals and pursue excellence.


  • Customer Satisfaction: Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.


  • Resource Flexibility: Consult with portfolio leaders to ensure flexibility and scalability of allocated resources.


  • Process and Technology Management: Manage the process and technology effectiveness, ensuring a consistent client and candidate experience.


  • Best Practice Sharing: Drive best practice sharing and adoption.


Required Skills

  • 3-5 years managing operations functions

  • 3+ years of client facing experience

  • 3+ years of experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS, CRM and social media tools.

  • Experience managing projects from end to end, measuring effectiveness of models and process, tailor updates based on portfolio/client needs.

  • Experience with KPIs, and reporting out results

  • 3+ years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a lens to return on investment

  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually as needed


Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience managing trainers, reporting, continuous improvement, and diversity/inclusion is a plus
