The Boeing Company is looking for two Senior Financial Analysts (level 4) and one Subject Matter Expert (level 5) to join the Earned Value Management (EVM) Compliance Team within Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS).

Available Opportunities:
  • Senior Financial Analysts (Level 4) - Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ
    Enhance BDS product performance by analyzing cost and schedule metrics, with a focus on earned value and variance analyses, while ensuring effective use of the EVMS for Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) programs.
  • Subject Matter Expert (Level 5) - Oklahoma City, OK only
    Be a trusted partner to site leadership on cost and schedule performance, ensuring EVM compliance, supporting Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, and driving team growth through training and process improvements.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead, review and analyze cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates Earned Value Management (EVM) trends
  • Support DCMA Site Surveillance plan, DCMA Audits and Corrective Action Report (CAR) closure
  • Initiate analysis of: DCMA Earned Value Compliance Metrics (DECM), or similar tools, to help evaluate compliance to the EIA-748 (32) guidelines in addition to contractual deliveries (CDRLs)
  • Develop business cases using appropriate indices and identifies compliance risks and issues and raising them to management
  • Compile data from multiple sources and develop compliance metrics
  • Identify knowledge gaps in team and implements training to address
  • Review analysts' work, complete peer reviews and ensure quality hand off
  • Lead finance team root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Train team members in Systems and Tools (including MS Office Tools)
  • Identify enhancements that would drive improvements or simplification of tools/processes


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level 5: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience applying DFARS requirements
  • Understanding of CDRLs and experience compiling compliance metrics to support DCMA audits and CAR closures
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 4 Summary pay range: $99,450 - $134,550

Level 5 Summary pay range: $110,500 - $149,500
