We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will help the leadership team run their individual functions as well as help manage various aspects of the Healthcare Advisory (HCA) practice on a day-to-day basis. This is a fast-paced and highly responsible position that requires an individual experienced in working with very busy Experts, who can anticipate needs, juggle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities with little or no supervision, and deal with demanding clients and staff while maintaining a positive attitude. A focused and highly motivated self-starter that can support and organize Experts will be successful in this role. Ultimately, a team player who can help a rapidly growing team continue to expand.
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and keep contents of a meeting focused as well as manage and help coordinate and schedule client meetings;
• Write meeting minutes for both internal and client meetings;
• Provide tactical support to implement ideas.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule HCA team events, as well as client events;
• Manage expense reports and time entry for one or more Experts;
• Manage the HCA practice leadership email, schedules and travel;
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and help lead meetings and workshops;
• Coordinate with other BRG and client Executive Assistants;
• Maintain schedule: to do list, internal meetings, client meetings, travel, personal;
• Emails: review and proactively manage email communication for one or more Experts;
• Provide other administrative support as needed and identified by HCA practice leadership;
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business management, finance and/or communications;
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience supporting executive leadership teams in the capacity described above. Experience that displays strong project and people management skills is a plus.
• Eager to learn and lead with a natural instinct to raise their hand and take ownership of various tasks or responsibilities;
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Desire to work in a team environment and ability to collaborate and work with colleagues at all levels;
Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
