Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000 to $142,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
We are looking for a talent to join the North America Professional Marketing Team based in Summit, NJ as HCP Marketing Specialist as part of the HCP Professional Capabilities & Operation Team. The HCP Marketing Specialist will help drive consistency and efficiency across our professional marketing teams, work directly with our sales force leaders, IT and vendors to optimize activations, and leverage project management skills to help the teams execute with excellence. The HCP Marketing Specialist will also support Digital integration and optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
Support brand partners on all website and CRM initiatives from initial concept to launch
Partner with key agencies including creative, CRM and media to ensure smooth campaign execution and appropriate tracking and tagging
Provide content guidance to ensure creative is compliant with Kenvue Pro templates/guidelines
Support the development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud asset library leveraging Dynamic content builder to support brand teams in quick to market email content development and deployment
Guide NBA content strategy leveraging journey output to inform brand partners of content/creative needs to support initiative
Provide website performance reviews to activation teams, troubleshooting website and analytics issues with activation teams and IT
Lead with data to translate CRM and website marketing metrics into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the omnichannel ecosystem and user experience
Lead A/B testing strategy and execution with agencies to assess campaign impact and refine and personalize campaigns via agile sprints
Support HCP Marketing team in multi brand digital marketing campaign calendar management
Recommend content to support therapeutic area approach leveraging brand specific content calendars
Continuously conduct comprehensive audits of the kenvue professional website to evaluate performance, content accuracy and compliance with defined templates
Support 1PD acquisition strategy, ensuring collection and optimization of first-party data to improve targeting and enhance HCP engagement

What we are looking for
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
3-5 years of relevant experience is required
An Advanced degree in business, marketing or analytics is preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automated marketing systems, HTML, healthcare professional marketing is preferred
Experience with CRM, Website, or Omnichannel Marketing and Capabilities
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is required
Analytics and problem-solving skills are required
Detail-orientation while being able to provide critical thinking and perspectives, including the ability to see the big picture & align with business priorities is required
Organization and project management skills along with strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential
Ability to influence and manage projects across teams is required
Passion for digital marketing and/or tech trends and drives independent learning to increase expertise in this space is preferred
