We are seeking an experienced EBS Supply Chain Solutions Manager responsible for overseeing Distribution Services, Inventory Control, and Freight Payment Management for North and South America. The role involves close alignment with a global delivery center and collaboration with internal customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers.

What you'll do:

• Manage Distribution Services (shipping and receiving activities) for North America.




• Oversee Inventory Control and Freight Payment Management (freight, tolls, and truck overstaying payments) for both South and North America.




• Align needs and priorities with internal clients, including Commercial and Corporate Finance areas.




• Maintain relationships with Mosaic suppliers and third-party service providers.




• Report processes and business indicators to stakeholders.




• Monitor and proactively measure productivity KPIs to ensure efficient service delivery.




• Collaborate with Mosaic leaders and Global Process Owners (GPO) to activate competent areas as needed.




• Identify and implement process and cost improvement initiatives connected with Innovation and Digital Transformation.




• Ensure close collaboration with the GPO to guarantee efficiency and quality.




• Lead a high-performing team, ensuring employees are appropriately skilled, trained, and developed in various areas of expertise.

What you'll need:

• 10+ yrs management experience, leading teams




• 8+ supply chain related experience




• BS in business, finance or a related field




• Strong leadership skills with a high focus on customer service.




• Relentless process and cost improvement mindset.




• Experience in Supply Chain management with a proven track record of efficiency and quality improvements.




• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal customers and external service providers.




• Proficiency in monitoring and reporting KPIs.




• Experience in leading and developing a diverse team




• Travel 20%
