Position Summary:

RESTORE at A-State is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee and manage the IDD grant program

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Grant Management
  • Oversees and maintains the grants development calendar, ensuring all proposal deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to align funding priorities with program objectives
• Team & Project Management
  • Manages and supervises graduate assistants (GAs), post-doctoral researchers, and external consultants working on IDD projects
  • Leads multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring successful implementation of business analytics and provider engagement strategies
  • Oversees workflow processes, resources allocation, and project timelines

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with funders, stakeholders, and team members

Ability to ensure compliance with grant terms, conditions, and reporting requirements.

Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to grant funding, especially in the context of IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours as requested and/or needed
Regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications:

An earned Master's Degree in Psychology
