Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Transactions Specialist to join a prominent law firm based in Texas. This position is for the Uptown Dallas office within the Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This opportunity is full time, direct hire, and fully on-site.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with closing matters and post-closing matters; coordinate post-closing projects


• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and assistants to finalize and receive all loan documents


• Tenant estoppel and lease reviews


• Assist in preparing title documents


• Assist with signature page preparation


• Prepare loan summaries and due diligence questionnaires


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate


• A minimum of one (1) full year of prior legal experience in a law firm is preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and management


• Experience with NetDocuments is a plus


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills


• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities


• Strong teamwork skills and a high degree of professionalism


• Ability to work overtime if required
