What You'll Do

• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product standards.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to optimize production processes.
• Oversee quality audits, compliance, and change management for ongoing improvements.
• Train and mentor employees on best practices in quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to implement new ideas and improve operations.

• 5+ years of experience in quality management, ideally in printing or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.).
