Job Description:

We're one of the world's largest providers of transportation and logistics services. Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies up to global enterprises. Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment.

The Airline Market Positioning Intern will assist the Marketing team by analyzing market trends, customer data, and segmentation to optimize the airline's market positioning, especially in international markets. This role supports data quality management, segmentation, and pricing strategies. The intern will help ensure data collected into the Data Management Platform (DMP) aligns with marketing objectives, assists in developing audience traits and segments, and supports the deployment of segments to media platforms. The position also includes performing data quality checks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize data platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer and market data to support international airline market positioning.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and customer segmentation models using DMP data.
  • Perform quality assurance on the data captured in DMP, ensuring it meets segmentation needs.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to support platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and segment deployment.


Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from (within the last 24 months) a degreed college/university program with a major in Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Business or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself -Required.
