Job Description:

Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days on site, 1 day remote)


Salary: 75-80K


We are seeking an Application Support Specialist with clinical industry experience to provide comprehensive technical support for clinical devices and applications. This role requires strong knowledge of clinical systems, field support, clinical data management, and configuration management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize clinical applications and devices to ensure the smooth operation of clinical processes.


Required:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 4+ years of application support experience


• Experience working in a clinical setting
