Job Description:

Our client, a prominent non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic, experienced HR Policy Manager to join their team in the Brooklyn office. The ideal candidate possesses experience aligning HR operations with compliance laws, regulations, and standards, as well as recommending changes to increase efficiencies. This candidate will collraborate with leadership teams to gather feedback of policies, as well as identify industry trends in policy development and improvement. Experience with auditing HR policies, coupled with excellent verbal and written skills are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. • Bachelors' degree, required.


• Proven experience in policy creation and implementation, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.


• Advanced analytical and reporting skills.


• The ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects simultaenously.

The salary range for this role is $90k-$100k.


Compensation commensurate with experience.
