SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer to support our business needs by ensuring data integrity, performing advanced analysis, and optimizing ERP functionality. This role will involve recommending solutions, creating policies, evaluating system performance, and overseeing the design, testing, and documentation of the company's ERP system.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Provide expertise in business processes and solutions within the manufacturing industry.
* Design and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
* Ensure efficient use of design and development techniques and resources.
* Participate in the development and execution of implementation and rollout plans.
* Develop strategies to optimize business process flows and system functionality.
* Create and execute testing plans to ensure ERP modules function as intended.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through ERP enhancements.
* Analyze, resolve, and document complex system-related issues.
* Maintain training materials and provide ongoing user support and training.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of Infor Syteline development experience supporting business applications in cloud-based environments.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems and integrations in a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in Infor Mongoose, Syteline/CloudSuite (CSI), FactoryTrack, M365, and other visual analytical tools.
* Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, develop solutions, and work collaboratively.
* Strong analytical abilities to research and design complex workflows and procedures.
* Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Sprints, and methodologies supporting large business enterprise systems.
