Assist the building and equipment maintenance team in maintaining the buildings and surroundings of the facility.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Assist with the upkeep of the facility by maintaining the grounds outside the facility, inside and outside painting.
• Assisting building and equipment technicians with various functions, as needed.
• Additional duties and job responsibilities as determined.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience operating a power tools and equipment would be a plus
• Ability to work independently or with others
