Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.
Job Duties:
Provide direct administrative support to the Director for Student Success and Academic Services and serve as front-line reception staff.
Assist students with appointments, queries about services, and make referrals.
Maintain multiple calendars.
Work independently to coordinate, gather information, and compile data as needed for special projects.
Utilize multiple software applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Qualtrics, Concur, Adobe, Zoom, and Teams
Assist with procurement and accounting functions.
Coordinate, prepare, proofread, and track correspondence and reports.
Book travel and prepare expense reports.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Answer multi-line phone system, take detailed messages, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a close working relationship with the offices of academic services, library, testing center, admissions, financial aid, advising, records and registration and provide appropriate triage services as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
