Responsibilities:
Assemble and integrate electronic and mechanical components including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accurate assembly.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
Conduct basic electrical testing and final system integration for small-scale hardware.
Execute rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems as needed.
Follow established methods, techniques, and sequence of operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, or assembly roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in polarity and inspection criteria, as well as work order tracking systems.
Experience soldering and performing minor rework using Lead-Free solder.
Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic mathematical calculations.
