Job Summary

* Instruct students in both theoretical and practical aspects of sterile processing, including decontamination, sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical instruments and supplies.
* Ensure that the curriculum meets all industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, and hands-on practice.
* Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering a positive and effective learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and academic performance.
* Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
* Collaborate with other faculty and staff to ensure program quality and student success.
* Must maintain an active advisory committee and communicate with business and industry on a regular basis.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

* Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CRCST or CSPDT) is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Central Sterile Processing or a related field.
* Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
* Commitment to student success and academic excellence
