We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Administrator with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience.Â

As a Client Services Administrator with AML or office-based client services experience, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support while leveraging your knowledge of AML to enhance our service delivery processes. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and efficient assistance, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.


• Utilise our tools and methodologies to manage and track customer service requests and issues.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.


• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.


• 
  Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AML and customer service practices.Â
  

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Administrator or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AML and methodologies.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.


• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
