Note: This is a hybrid role (not eligiblefor100% remotework). Employees must live within a commutable distance to Atlanta and must be available to be onsite at the Slalom office and local clients.

Slalom Atlanta is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.


What You'll Do



  • Identify, lead, and close Slalom client opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

  • Drive revenue and sales goals through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.

  • Create and execute on strategies to break into new accounts and expand into new areas of existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with account and practice leaders to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans.

  • Establish new client logos for Slalom and support the growth of existing accounts.

  • Thoughtfully prospect and qualify client opportunities related to the entire consulting portfolio, including technology, data, and business advisory services.

  • Get to know our consultants and work with them to leverage their networks to identify opportunities.

  • Host and facilitate Slalom marketing events.

  • Establish, manage, and grow relationships with key executives and stakeholders.

  • Build and execute customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.


Candidates will bring the following expertise:



  • Accountable for State government revenue growth through consistent sales:

  • Primary responsibility for building a sustainable book of business, evidenced through prior success in closing $500K+ opportunities and managing multiple large State of Georgia executive agency accounts.

  • Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets, focused on acquiring new State government clients or selling additional use cases, products, and services into existing accounts.

  • Our expectation is that this candidate:

  • 5+ years' enterprise level State of Georgia executive agency full sales cycle experience, ideally with selling strategy, operations, or technology solutions.

  • Strong existing relationships with buyers across the Georgia State government landscape.

  • expands the team into new State of Georgia executive agencies.

  • expands our current book of business with State of Georgia executive agencies.

  • Develops and delivers customized sales presentations and product demonstrations, drives attendance at Georgia/Alabama marketing events, and builds strong relationships with alliance partners (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, and others) and engage in co-selling activities.

  • Where needed, candidate will also help build State government business in Alabama, along with identifying opportunities within the higher education and nonprofit space.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
