What You'll Do:
Exemplary Practice and Outcomes
- Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that reflects cultural diversity and population-specific needs.
- Partner with patients and their significant others, ensuring effective communication and alignment with their care goals.
- Practice using the latest clinical standards to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care while fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (Preferred).

Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
- National Certification in area of specialty (Preferred).

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of current experience in specified practice area required.
- Experience with computer data entry (Required).
- Experience with Epic and 3M systems (Preferred).

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments and manage emergencies with confidence.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
