Job Details:




B Shift Monday - Friday some Saturdays. 11 am -7 pm




SUMMARY: This position is responsible for daily plant accounting functions. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks setting priorities evaluating results the ability to work independently and with a diversified group. This includes verifying and checking documents for reasonableness and may also require interaction with supervisors and other plant management. This list is not all inclusive and there may be other duties as assigned. Applicant will be expected to cross-train in all areas of the office to provide vacation and sick coverage. Job functions include but are not limited to daily scalehouse mail, payments, and audits.



REQUIREMENTS:




Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics grammar office equipment and business practices. Preferred knowledge is normally acquired by four years of high school a vocational school or other related experience.



Experience: 1 plus years of general office experience preferred.



Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills an understanding of computer systems and how to use these. Microsoft Office Excel experience required.



Special Skills: Knowledge of basic office equipment copier postage machine fax etc.



Other Requirements: Attention to detail is a must. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
