As a member of the IT team, our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst are responsible for support, gathering technical requirements, development, and evolution of the company's IAM services.


IAM services include authentication/authorization, access requests, access provisioning, access certification, and the design of role and entitlement models. This role works with business and IT groups to plan authentication and authorization - all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications:




IAM Analyst I


  • Bachelor's degree in Security Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration , preferred


  • 1 year of experience with two or more core network operating systems, applications, or security software used by Cambia such as Active Directory, Unix/Linux, AWS, Oracle, SQL, O365, SailPoint, and Okta


  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.




IAM Analyst II




  • In addition to IAM Analyst I and 3 years of experience with two or more core network operating systems, applications, or security software used by Cambia such as Active Directory, Unix/Linux, AWS, Oracle, SQL, O365, SailPoint, and Okta






Skills and Attributes:




IAM Analyst I -


  • Experience with an identity management tool, such as Sailpoint, Okta


  • Understanding of approval matrices


  • Ability to understand security policies and standards and how they apply to identity and access management (IAM)


  • Experience using and updating a knowledge base system


  • Familiarity with managing identities and roles within LDAP, such as Active Directory, Okta


  • Fundamental understanding of federation with Active Directory


  • Familiarity with database identity and access management, including accounts, roles, and permissions. Such as Oracle, SQL, Redshift.


  • Experience managing user access with operating systems, such as Window, Linux, Unix, EC2.


  • Understanding of application level security models, including identities, roles, permissions




IAM Analyst II in addition to IAM Analyst I -




  • Demonstrated communication skills.


  • Organized and can prioritize work with little supervision.


  • Demonstrated expertise in identity and access management support for multiple Cambia core systems


  • Understanding Active Directory, AD group scope, AD group type, ADFS, and claim rules


  • Advanced knowledge of information security practices, principles, models, risks and internal control and risk management.


  • Knowledge of information systems, including basic structures and functions of operating systems, application systems, systems analysis and design, and data processing operations.


  • Highly organized and can prioritize work with little supervision.


  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and fulfill audit requests with speed and accuracy.


  • Demonstrated success writing and maintaining formal documentation.


  • Demonstrated ability to gather data and synthesize information.


  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.


  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.


  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.


  • Ability to manage human resources, adjust schedule and priority in response to business needs.






What You Will Do at Cambia:




IAM Analyst I -


  • Provide identity and access management support by creating accounts, roles and groups, assigning permissions, removing access, verifying approval and documenting activities


  • Provide troubleshooting and automation support to support identity and access management


  • Manage support incidents including troubleshooting access issues and document resolutions


  • Collaborate with other support teams


  • Provide identify and access management user training services and build federation services


  • Create audit reports




IAM Analyst II in addition to IAM Analyst I -


  • Manage the compliance and policy requirements for identity and access management


  • Provide IAM support for multiple company systems




The expected hiring range for a IAM Analyst I is $62,050 - $83,950 a year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The current full salary range for this role is $57,000 - $95,000 a year.


The expected hiring range for a IAM Analyst II is $75,650 - $102,350 a year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The current full salary range for this role is $71,000 - $116,000 a year.


The bonus target for this position is 10%.
