Our Foundry Services team is seeking a Process Engineering who will help further our mission to leverage our microfabrication expertise to strategically benefit and bring value to our customers. This position plays a critical role in developing and scaling the foundry business and improving its execution.

What You Will Be Doing
Support customer engagement on general foundry customer inquiries as well as government and commercial customer for the GaN foundry and Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) business
Help drive efforts to screen new foundry services projects and to secure customer agreements, navigating through both external requirements and internal administrative processes
Execute on foundry services projects serving as program manager, technical consultant, and/or customer liaison, working closeley with internal cross-functional teams on development tasks
Coordinate BEOL semiconductor fabrication activities, in support of meeting customer deliverables
Help formulate and carry out Foundry Services marketing strategieis, customer outreach, and/or business development
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's, Master's, Or PhD Degree In Engineering, Physical Sciences Or Related Field With At Least 5+ Years Of Experience With The Following
Hands-on experience in semicondcutor wafer process modules or integration
RF GaN technology experience
GaN HEMT process experience
Experience with RF MMIC techologies
Foundry customer engineering experience preferred
Experience with development projects or program management preferred
Experience with new product introduction (NPI), device prototyping, low-volume production, and yield improvement
Semicondcutor process technology and device microfabrication experience
Basic knowledge of unit processes, including thin-film deposition, epi growth, lithography, dry and wet etch processes, plating, CMP, and other BEOL processes
Knowledge of semicondcutor CAD layout
