They are looking to add an Corporate Development Associate to their team. This opportunity would allow you to be involved in every stage of the deal process, from initial target identification and due diligence to negotiation and integration. This Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios and conduct in depth fundamental, financial and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments and acquisitions.
Perform valuation and financial analyses, including DCF, project financing, trading comparable, precedent transactions, pro-forma projections and LBO analyses to provide the information needed to evaluate a potential development project, acquisition targets, and other corporate development and investment opportunities.
Assist in day-to-day deal and project execution.
Analyze market trends and conduct market research.
This Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualification:
1-4 years of Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, and/or M&A experience.
Experience within private equity backed companies and/or within the manufacturing, industrials, oil & gas, consumer services, or related industry.
Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
Location in Houston, TX or remote.
