The People Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks associated with supporting People Partners in manufacturing. Includes coordinating new employee orientation and paperwork; maintaining HR databases, creating position profiles and job descriptions, assisting managers and supervisors with policy interpretation and administration.

Responsibilities
Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provides assistance.
Addresses or assists in related calls or walk-ins.
May assist in the interview process by scheduling or coordinating interviews.
Communicate candidate information to interview teams, including management and senior leadership.
Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Responsible for ensuring the onboarding and offboarding of all manufacturing employees is handled in a timely manner following all required paperwork and processes are followed.
Assist with Temp Staffing needs process.
Actively participate in the coordination of new hire orientation up to and including conducting new hire orientation sessions.
Review background and drug test results and consult with people partners on hiring decisions.
Handle invoice review/approval reconciliation within Esker.
Assist with setting up job description templates in SF and creating and closing roles.
Assist with temp 30/60/90-day feedback.
Assist with putting together packets and swag bags for orientation.
Track leaves of absence and serve as the administrative contact for supervisors on LOA matters.
Produce system related reports to assist people partners in managing the business.
Supports people partners in a variety of people processes such as succession planning, performance management, merit and market reviews, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Well organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
OR
At least 2 years' experience in human resources required.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
Base: $45,000 - $59,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
