The Ideal Candidate:
Has 1+ year of customer service experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an independent agency.
Holds a Property and Casualty license.
Possesses a keen eye for detail and can meticulously review insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Is capable of analyzing insurance data, spotting potential risks, and offering insightful solutions.
Is customer-focused with excellent communication skills, addressing client concerns with empathy and expertise.
?? Follows processes with precision, but also looks for ways to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
? Is well-organized, with great follow-through to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Has proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Reader/Acrobat, and is comfortable learning new web-based software.
