Responsibilities include:
Develop manufacturing processes for new products
Optimize existing manufacturing processes and equipment
Research and stay up to date with the latest plastic processing technology
Investigate new developments with materials to ensure we are using the most environmentally sustainable and cost-effective resins
Manage manufacturing trials for new products being introduced into production
Create work instructions and implement standardizations into the manufacturing process
Identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement projects to upgrade KPI metrics
Perform root cause analysis to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement a corrective actions
Requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field such as plastic or polymer science etc.
Plastics Manufacturing experience such as injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion etc.
