Job Title: Engineering Technician( Engineering Intern/Recent Grad/Entry Level person Required.)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineering Support Specialist to assist our engineering team with workload management for a 6+ month project.
This role will involve working closely with Quality Engineers to review part discrepancies, analyze failure reports on valves, process work orders, and help return products to production.
The ideal candidate should have an engineering education and be comfortable with administrative and documentation tasks, potentially suited for a document control specialist in Quality.
Recent graduates and interns with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Quality Engineers in reviewing part discrepancies and analyzing failure reports.
Assist in creating and assembling documentation for First Article Test Reports (FAIRs) as required by customers or due to process/product changes.
Generate AS9102 Forms based on individual drawing requirements.
Work with blueprints, process sheets, supplier/customer purchase orders, inspection plans, and other technical instructions.
Collaborate with Inspection teams to perform necessary inspections to complete FAIR packages.
Utilize FAIR software to generate documentation in compliance with AS9102 standards.
Maintain organized documentation and assist in controlling paperwork related to quality processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Engineering education required (degree, coursework, or relevant experience).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Strong administrative and documentation skills-experience in document control is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with inspection teams (hands-on experience preferred).
Experience with FAIR software and knowledge of AS9102 requirements is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Project Goals:
Work on-site with the Dublin Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Assist in processing FAIR packages and supporting approval workflows.
Gain hands-on experience in quality engineering processes within a manufacturing environment.
