Performs and verifies visual, dimensional, electrical, mechanical, environmental and chemical, ion functions relating to source, first article, receiving, in process, final and test operations using company or customer supplied drawings, equipment and/or procedures. Activities are detail oriented. Employee may be required to work overtime and travel when requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Reviews and approves ion/test data
? Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and procedures
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Interface with customer/Goment source ion personnel
? Maintenance of ion records in accordance with company procedures
? Generate and assist in the corrective/preventive action process
? Understand and support the Management System
? Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Job Knowledge / Skills / Experience Preferred:
? Must communicate (read and write) in English
? Must use basic tools (er, meter, etc.)
? Basic four function mathematics, some SPC data collection
? Must not be color blind, nor noncorrectably vision impaired
? Familiar AS9102 and creating AS9102 FAIR's
Education or Experience Preferred:
? High School graduate, or equivalent
? American Society for (ASQ) Certified or (CQI)
? Three - Five (3-5) years of cturing experience
? Three - Five (3-5) years or experience
