Ensure safety and environmental compliance throughout project execution.
Collaborate with the Project Leader/Manager to develop project scopes and contracts.
Coordinate with PG Engineering, Station Management, and other departments to support project development.
Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid review processes.
Develop and review engineering specifications and technical documents for projects.
Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide technical troubleshooting support.
Oversee and coordinate engineering reviews with relevant teams.
Ensure compliance with engineering deliverables in contracts with Owner's Engineer (OE) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors.
Support startup and commissioning by providing engineering knowledge and troubleshooting assistance.
Bid Review Responsibilities
For Owner's Engineer (OE) Bids:
Review development data, land utilization, site design, energy performance, and zoning requirements.
For EPC Bids:
Support the EPC RFP process and review EPC submittals.
Evaluate proposals, technical specs, site plans, and deviations.
Ensure EPC designs meet interconnection and project requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or assisting a Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Strong skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze technical problems, interpret drawings, and prepare reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
