TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Efficiency Engineer for an onsite direct hire role in Lawrenceville, GA for one of our supplement manufacturing clients! The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, data analysis, and project management to drive operational improvements, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree or higher, at least three years of related experience and food manufacturing industry experience. Fully onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
Implement lean practices and process improvements.
Design, develop, and optimize engineering projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
Prepare and present project reports.
Comply with safety and SOP procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3+ years in operations, process improvement, or engineering.
Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and Six Sigma.
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD.
1+ years of experience with project tracking software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
Forklift certification.
Project management experience.
Manufacturing experience (preferably in food production).
