What you'll do

We're seeking a highly motivated Engineer who is passionate about building and solving complex problems. In this role, you'll work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment, collaborating closely with our product development team to design and build integrated medical devices from the ground up. Additionally, you'll play a critical role in architecting scalable data systems and testing frameworks to continuously improve our analysis capabilities related to our diagnostic imaging and consumer software applications. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to use your expertise to drive innovation and make a real impact on the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications from end to end
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality
• Identify and troubleshoot application and code issues
• Write and maintain automated test suites for codebases
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL
• Experience with Jest or similar automated testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you have experience with the following:

? Languages/frameworks: Python (Django, GraphQL), JavaScript/TypeScript (NodeJS, Vue3, ElectronJS)

? Databases: MySQL, NoSQL

? Cloud Technologies: AWS Environment

? Working in regulated environments (i.e., FDA, ISO 27001, 13485, 63204, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.)

? Tools: GitHub, Slack, Notion

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for equity. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, education level, work experience, and certifications.
