Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to optimize and scale our clients' Salesforce solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to implement Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering through to design, configuration, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce administration and be able to lead implementations and integrations across various Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Implementation and Administration:
  • Configure Salesforce, including extending objects, modifying page layouts, and assigning record types.
  • Maintain user profiles, roles, and settings.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Perform process automation using Salesforce Flow.
  • Provide user training and promote platform adoption.
  • Diagnose and resolve security issues and assist users with data models.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality through reports and dashboards.

Project Leadership:
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and create statements of work.
  • Communicate project concepts and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy Salesforce changes using various deployment tools.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Integration and Optimization:
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Optimize Salesforce solutions to meet client business needs.
  • Advise clients on best practices and how to maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and implementations.
  • Knowledge of designing campaigns, customer journeys, and data models.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation.

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Admin, Data Cloud) are a plus.
