This organization is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to managing site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Focus:
Oversee all aspects of site construction from groundbreaking to project completion.
Ensure work is executed in alignment with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety policies, ensuring OSHA compliance and maintaining a safe work environment.
Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address any potential issues or delays.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and resolving challenges as they arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and compliance records.
Skill Set:
High school diploma with at least five years of relevant construction experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
A four-year degree in Building Construction or a related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for construction experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
Effective communication skills to engage with teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience in team coordination and problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and drive projects to successful completion.
Ability to interpret technical information and apply it to field operations.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Must have completed an OSHA 10-hour course within the past three years.
Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including standing, walking, kneeling, lifting 10-50 pounds, and operating necessary equipment.
