You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital guest experience across mobile and web platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for digital product management and a knack for leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
This is a full-time 12-month + contract opportunity. The role is open to remote candidate in either ORLANDO, FL, LOS ANGELES, CA, or Seattle, WA only.

Product Manager Responsibilities:
Lead product development and integration for the online platform update.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and tech teams to test and validate new functionalities.
Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
Oversee JIRA backlog management, sprint planning, and execution.
Conduct QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless user experience.
Monitor guest and travel flow experiences across multiple locations, identifying areas for optimization.
Support platform updates and new feature releases, ensuring they meet business, technical, and UX requirements.
Document and manage product workflows, system architecture, and release notes in SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into product solutions.
Ensure compliance with regional and language-specific display rules for global users.
Troubleshoot technical and user experience challenges, providing detailed feedback and solutions.
Product Manager Requirements:
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital platforms.
Strong background in JIRA, working with tech teams, testing, and persona testing.
Experience in software development processes, including Agile methodologies and SDLC oversight.
Ability to translate detailed scenarios, use cases, and architecture into actionable development plans.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite & SharePoint for documentation and project tracking.
Figma proficiency is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring platform updates comply with various language-specific rules (English, Spanish, Canadian English).
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and industry trend assessment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote and fast-paced environment.
Background in travel applications, booking engines, or content management is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, and adapt to evolving business needs.
