Job Summary:

A leading fully integrated service provider in Construction, Professional Services, Specialty Equipment, and Real Estate is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee on-site project execution. This role is responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing efficiency, and driving successful project completion across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee field operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure and compliant job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to optimize workflows and resolve challenges.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging automation, advanced, and technology.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in field operations management within construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and automation technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors, labor, and materials on large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
