Job Summary:
A leading fully integrated service provider in Construction, Professional Services, Specialty Equipment, and Real Estate is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee on-site project execution. This role is responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing efficiency, and driving successful project completion across various industries.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee field operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors. • Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure and compliant job site. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to optimize workflows and resolve challenges. • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications. • Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging automation, advanced, and technology. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in field operations management within construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and automation technologies.
Proven experience in managing subcontractors, labor, and materials on large-scale projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
