We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
oDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
oOversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.
Team Leadership:
oLead and mentor project teams, including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
oSupervise a minimum of 5 Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
oFoster a collaborative environment to ensure project goals are met.
Risk Management:
oIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
oEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Budget and Cost Control:
oApprove expenditures and manage change orders effectively.
Quality Assurance:
oEnsure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality benchmarks.
oConduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve issues.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Experienced in leading a team and having direct reports. • Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial Waterproofing projects. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Foundation, Procore, Primavera, MS Project). • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • PMP or similar certification is a plus. • This is a full-time role on-site at our Southeast Florida office.
