The Project Manager for Tilt Wall Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of tilt wall construction projects. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will lead a team of subcontractors and construction crews, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for tilt wall construction projects.
Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor construction processes and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with specific experience on Title Wall or similar projects.
Proven experience handling projects between 100,000 to 3,000,000 square feet and managing budgets between $10M - $100M.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Experience with managing teams of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
