COFFEE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee immersive digital projects. Key Responsibilities:
Ideate, plan and manage the full lifecycle of small, mid and large projects incorporating social AR, webAR, VR, AI gesture based-tracking, display and video ad units, 3D graphics and animations, and other emerging technologies for digital and experiential activations.
Facilitate and participate in key meetings such as kick-offs and brainstorms to help conceptualize and write up innovative campaign program ideas and proposals
Write and execute project plans, including statements of work, scope, tasks, timelines, budgets, and development based on project requirements and objectives
Serve as the direct point of contact for the client and internal team during the project lifecycle
Collaborate and coordinate with a team of developers, designers, fabricators, contractors and miscellaneous vendors to develop immersive experiences
Creative thinker who can put together RFP decks and present to clients
Collect and organize all creative and technical information associated with each project
Review assets provided by client teams and internal brand teams, ensuring sufficient material for digital execution
Regularly track, report and communicate on project health and forecasting throughout each project phase and providing final reports, insights and recommendations
Ensure that all necessary team members are included in appropriate meetings and conversations
Foster a positive, productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations, and balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in similar role
4+ years of project management experience in digital, mobile, game, or AR/VR/MR software development projects
Experience and knowledge of the digital and emerging technology industry and common platforms (e.g., AR, AI, VR, Geenie, Niantic, programmatic media) used to develop immersive experiences
Passion for Immersive Technologies and Experiences: A desire for curiosity, excitement, and experience with AR, VR, and MR, AI, Biometric Data to your day-to-day work.
Creative thinker able to conceptualize marketing programs that leverage new technologies to create and develop innovative marketing campaigns
Analytical, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and proven problem solver and decision-maker
Experience with Google Analytics and data reporting
Familiarity with video or photo capture and setting up shoots
Interest in experiential activations
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision while managing different clients
Interest in trends, new technology, and ways to craft unique guest experiences
Strong commitment to quality work product
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels of an organization, internally and externally
Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
