Job Description:

• At least 5 years relevant experience required.
• Preferred background/prior work experience? Azure Databricks SQL / Notebook development
• Alteryx automation and rapid prototyping
• Geospatial analysis and modeling
• Data cleansing, reconciliation, & establishing quality controls (QCs)
• End-to-end (concept through implementation) delivery of quality solutions in a rapidly changing environment with limited requirements and oversight
• Designing reports and dashboards for all levels from working team to executive

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.
• This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals. Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers.
• Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery.
• Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives. Acts as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources.
• Plans, facilitates, and participates in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
• Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc): SQL - Querying databases - Intermediate/Advanced (Required)
• Power BI - Design, build, & maintain reports (required)
• Alteryx - Workflow & macro proficiency (required)
• What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks): Meeting with customer groups to understand their business process and collaboratively brainstorm solutions (15%)
• Design solutions independently & with development team (15%)
• Implement solutions with SQL code, automation workflows, and data (50%)
• Deliver solutions to customers with training and adoption support (10%)
• Solution monitoring, maintenance, fixing, and documentation (10%)
