Primary Function
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of residential and
commercial painting projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership,
organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
? Daily communication with customers
? Reviewing job details in advance
? Preparing work sites
? Managing crews
? Maintaining supplies and materials
? Keeping accurate records
Most work is performed onsite at customer locations, with minimal office time required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Customer & Crew Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact for customers
and paint crews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
? Project Planning & Execution - Review job specifications beforehand to ensure all
materials, equipment, and personnel are prepared for each project.
? Site Management - Conduct job site walkthroughs with customers and crews at both
the start and completion of each project to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
? Team Leadership & Development - Work closely with and receive mentorship from the
Director of Operations, while also providing guidance and support to the crew.
? Progress Reporting - Provide detailed daily progress reports for both the company
and customers. Reports must be sent via email to the Scheduler to ensure timely
updates on job status and key details.

? Compensation: $68,119.00 - $110,000.00+ per year
This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure, combining a base salary with
a lucrative, uncapped commission plan. The majority of earnings are commission-based,
allowing top performers to maximize their income with no earning limit.

Schedule & Work Expectations
As a construction-based company, our schedule is dictated by project demands and
customer needs. While we maintain a structured workweek, flexibility is essential to
accommodate seasonal workloads and project timelines.
Typical Work Hours:
? Monday - Friday, averaging 10-hour shifts
? Seasonal Workflow: Expect a heavier workload in summer and a lighter workload
in winter
? All major U.S. federal holidays off
Weekend Work:
? Production Managers are generally not required to work weekends
? Certain projects may require weekend availability, with assignments based on project
needs and individual availability
On-Call Expectations:
? Commercial Projects: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM availability
? Residential Projects: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM availability
? If you have an active crew in the field, you are expected to be available at all times to
provide support and ensure smooth project execution.
This schedule is designed to balance a structured workweek with the flexibility required in the
construction industry, ensuring our teams can effectively manage projects and provide
exceptional service.
Work Location
This role follows a hybrid work model, combining time on the road, at home, and in the
company office to effectively support operational needs.
? Initial Office Requirement: Employees are required to work from the company office
for the first six (6) months whenever they are not in the field, ensuring proper
onboarding, training, and team integration. During this period, office hours are 8:00
AM - 5:00 PM.
? Hybrid Flexibility: After the initial six months, work locations will be project-dependent,
including time spent onsite at job locations, working from home, or at the company
office as needed.
? Mandatory In-Person Meetings: Attendance is required at the company office for all
scheduled in-person meetings.
This structure ensures a strong foundation for new hires while providing long-term flexibility
to support project and operational demands.
