Construction Superintendent Commercial New Construction and Renovation Projects - $5 - $20m Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with knowledge of commercial construction who will be responsible for overseeing construction activities onsite from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will ensure all safety regulations are met, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and help resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee construction activities onsite from pre-construction to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that all projects are completed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
Work with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors as needed
Maintain accurate records of all construction activities
Develop and maintain project schedules
Manage budgets and monitor costs
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction, specifically in commercial construction
Experience in ground-up construction, expansions, offices, new construction, K-12, municipal, medical, student housing, banks, and churches is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
