Job Description:

Our elevated interior design client is seeking an Executive Assistant /Office Manager to join their team!

In this role ,you would be supporting the VP of Operations with calendaring, managing the office, and HR duties including payroll & recruitment.

Human Resources:
  • Will ensure payroll is accurate (will not be the one to process it)
  • Will track PTO and Sick days for staff ensuring its logged in accurately and approved in PAYLOCITY
  • Will oversee onboarding for new hires
  • will handle the administrative part of recruiting (resumes, coordinating interviews, follow up etc.)

Office Management:
  • Vendor Management, Office Supplies, building maintenance etc.
  • Will oversee social committee, plan team breakfasts (needs to be visually pleasing)
  • AI SAVVY- modernize the way business is done
