Our elevated interior design client is seeking an Executive Assistant /Office Manager to join their team!
In this role ,you would be supporting the VP of Operations with calendaring, managing the office, and HR duties including payroll & recruitment.
Human Resources:
Will ensure payroll is accurate (will not be the one to process it)
Will track PTO and Sick days for staff ensuring its logged in accurately and approved in PAYLOCITY
Will oversee onboarding for new hires
will handle the administrative part of recruiting (resumes, coordinating interviews, follow up etc.)
Office Management:
Vendor Management, Office Supplies, building maintenance etc.
Will oversee social committee, plan team breakfasts (needs to be visually pleasing)
